Morris Education Solutions, LLC is led and was founded by Shaunte Morris, Ed.D, an education expert, who has served in the field of education 31 years.
Our team consists of dedicated educators ranging from experienced diagnosticians to retired teachers to current superintendents. We are equipped and prepared to work with individuals, small, and large groups.

Our goal is to assist districts, schools, and individuals to reach their greatest potential by developing customized training in the areas of Special Education, Leadership and Teacher Development, Instructional Coaching, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

In addition, we are proud to now offer educational diagnostician services, led by certified educational diagnosticians who provide schools and families with expert assessments and personalized guidance to support student success.
About The Founder
Experience
Shaunte Morris, Ed.D, is a distinguished education expert and recently retired middle school principal in Houston, Texas. Her unwavering dedication to education began in 1995 as a teacher’s aide, and over the last three decades, she has been a transformative force in the lives of students and educators alike. Dr. Morris launched her teaching career in 2000, where she spent seven years inspiring a love for mathematics in middle school classrooms, followed by a year as a district math specialist. In 2008, she embraced campus leadership, serving as a middle school assistant principal and high school associate principal before taking the helm as a middle school principal. For the past 11 years, Dr. Morris has led with vision, passion, and an unshakable belief in the power of education to change lives. Her legacy of empowering learners and fostering positive change continues to resonate throughout the education community.
Education
Dr. Morris is a strong education professional with a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University, (Dissertation - Differences in Disciplinary Problems and Actions, School Characteristics, and Average Daily Attendance of Public Schools by Social Emotional Learning Practices), Masters (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership from University of Houston-Clear Lake, and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Education from University of Houston-Downtown.

Her strength in building a thriving school climate and culture, combined with her deep knowledge of curriculum and instruction, sets her apart as a true leader in the field.

She has a proven track record of working in secondary schools and is highly accomplished in evaluating students for special education, fostering data-driven instruction, developing leadership capacity, and implementing social-emotional learning initiatives.
